Practical Door Knocking Lesson-In person On The Street - 2 Hours

1)  Introduction to Door Knocking: We will help you understand door-knocking and explain why it is a valuable tool for real estate agents.


2)  Preparing for Door Knocking: We will teach about the importance of preparing for door-knocking, including researching the area and preparing marketing materials.


3) Conducting Door Knocking: We will also provide tips for conducting door knocking in a respectful and non-threatening manner, such as introducing oneself, explaining the purpose, and being prepared to answer questions.


4) Building Relationships: We will help in Discussing the importance of building relationships with potential clients during door-knocking, including how to create a positive first impression and how to follow up with potential clients.


5) Objection Handling: Provide tips for handling objections during door knocking, such as how to respond to questions about the commission and how to address concerns about privacy.


6) Safety Considerations:  You will learn safety considerations for door knocking, including staying safe while walking around unfamiliar neighborhoods and responding to unexpected situations.
